Regulations & Rules

1. Entering the building: We are in a commercial building that's accessible without a keycard during the office hours on the weekdays. If your booking starts during a weekday between 8 AM to 6 PM, you may simply enter the building, and head to the 20th/21st flr. If your booking starts outside of these hours, our studio manager will meet you downstairs to let you in the building.

2. COVID protocol: To ensure safety, we must follow building and studio COVID protocols. Please make sure that everyone in the crew wears a mask while entering the building, and only 3 people get in the elevator at a time. We are not allowed to have more than the maximum number of guests for each studio.

3. Cancellation and Overtime: Any cancellations before 48 hours of your booking start time are refundable. You must cancel directly through the website you booked. Your booking must start and end during the duration of your booking, including setup and wrap up. If you need extra time, and our studio happens to be available, please let our studio manager know ahead of time. If you booked directly through our website, we will request you to pay for overtime before your overtime begins (Chasing clients for payments after their bookings have been completed is no fun. We bet you know that feeling :) )

4. Smoking/Alcohol/Music/Cleanliness: We want you to have a good time, but we have a strict no smoking and drinking policy. If we find smoking or alcohol consumption, we will ask you to leave the studio immediately and charge you a fine. Similarly for music, please be respectful to our neighbouring offices, and keep the sound at low level. We will take the trash out, but other than that, please make sure you leave the studio exactly as you found it. If the studio is dirty and not usable by the next client, we will need to charge you a cleaning fee of $35.

5. Equipment: Studio lighting will be provided upon request, at no additional cost. Renter is responsible for studio lighting setup and tear down. Clients are responsible for all damages caused during the rental. When you leave, make sure to return all equipment to the same spot where you found it. Any items found to be missing after their session will result in the charge of an Unreturned Equipment Fee.

6. Lost and Found: Studio is not responsible for any client’s lost or left behind items. Clients are solely responsible for their own property. If you left an item behind, please contact us and we will do our best to help you.

7. Seamless: We usually keep at least 12 colors in our studio (9ft or 107” width). However, we cannot guarantee that availability of any color. If you need a specific color, please let us know in advance. Clients are expected to return the Seamless Backdrop in good condition.

8. Extra Equipment: Feel free to bring your own equipment to the shoot. Studio building is equipped with an easily accessible fright elevator. If you are going to bring A LOT of stuff, just give us a heads up.

9. Doors: Please, don't forget do lock the door when you leave the space.
